Is the SOS feature really free?

Yes. The SOS emergency alert — including the loud alarm, flashing lights, and emergency contact notification — is completely free and always will be.

How does the Room Scanner work?

The Room Scanner checks for nearby Wi-Fi and Bluetooth signals that could indicate hidden devices. It also guides you through a physical checklist of common hiding spots. All scanning happens locally on your device — no data is sent to our servers.

What happens if I miss a Safety Walk check-in?

If you don't confirm you're safe within your set interval, your designated guardian is automatically notified with your last known status and optional location information.

How does dark web monitoring work?

We use the Have I Been Pwned API to securely check your email against known data breaches. Your full email is never transmitted — we use a privacy-preserving technique called k-Anonymity. Pro subscribers get continuous monitoring and active removal services.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions on your iPhone). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by contacting us at hello@webairai.com. We will process your request and delete all associated data within 30 days.
